Maintenance Fitter wanted!

• Monday – Friday, Day shift!
• Weekly pay cycle!
• $55.00 per hour (including casual loading)!

Our client, one of Australia's leading manufacturers of roll formed steel building products, have an exciting opportunity for Maintenance Fitters to join their well-established team in their on a casual basis located in Maddington!

The role will be Monday - Friday for either a 6am-2pm OR 8am-4pm shift time on competitive hourly rate of $55.00 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)!

This opportunity involves but are not limited to the duties below:

• Provide maintenance and engineering services, equipment reliability, preventative and breakdown maintenance for the Maddington facility
• Provide improvements to plant reliability to ensure customer and business needs are met in this 24/5 operation
• Meet safety and DIFOTIS targets

To be successful in a role with Programmed you must possess the following:

• Certificate III IN Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Fitting)
• 2+ years experience in a fitter position (highly desirable in a manufacturing plant)
• Experience within steel/metal distribution or manufacturing (desirable)
• Be available for an immediate start
• Have a current National Police Clearance valid within 3 months, or be able to obtain one
• Able to pass a medical and drug & alcohol screen
